BOOK PREVIEW: UNDERSTANDING FINANCIAL PROSPERITY - BY DAVID O. OYEDEPO

…Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. Psalm 35:27

This is good news! There is a source to which I want to introduce you to…. When you hit that source, you will stay refreshed, the remaining days of your life.

I am also going to show you the way to that source. The moment you can appreciate and apply yourself to that way, life will deliver to you its maximum benefits. Most killer diseases reside inside the body of their victims for a long time, before they are discovered.

Medical science tells us that cancer for instance, can be inside a man for eight years, without any symptoms. Suddenly, when it has gained absolute dominion inside the victim, it begins to afflict him. Friend, there is no stagnation without a reason. Whatever has been tying you down from enjoying the beauties of God in life, God is going to reveal it to you in this book. Your story must change, this time around! Every tied down issue of your life — your family, your career, your business, must be released by this encounter! Oh, I thank God for blessings; but God’s ultimate is to make you a blessing, God wants to see you
prosper! It gives Him great pleasure!

God is excited, when you prosper. What an encounter this will be for you! One day, by such an encounter, God picked me out of my poverty, and threw me into the realms of prosperity. This will be that one day for you!

God will usher you into strange realms of Kingdom prosperity sorrow-free! Come with me, as I take you into the secret house of wealth. Until you are able to lay hold on His commandments, you never become a commander. I make bold to say that I am a commander in the realm of wealth. I don’t beg, I don’t pray for money; I don’t borrow. I only line up myself with His commandments, and it just keeps flowing!

Oh, it’s so sweet! I want you to come to that point where you come on line for heaven’s supplies in all areas of life, so you can be a blessing to your generation The encounter you’re going to have in this book, will bring you amazing testimonies too, such as I have!

I want to provoke you to practical living! I’m not out to expound theories to you. John the Beloved said in the opening of his epistles:

...And our hands have handled, of the Word of life; That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. I John 1:1,3

Friend, the things I have handled and touched, they are the things I will be sharing with you in this book. You have a very great future, an enviable one at that! All you need is to turn loose for Jesus!

You are not down because things are down. You are down because you don’t have the light you need to be up. They marvelled at Jesus — “From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?” (Mark 6:2)

Mighty works answer to “this wisdom”. When you locate God's Word on prosperity and you act on it, you’re operating “this wisdom” in the realm of prosperity, and mighty works of prosperity will be the result. It’s not luck, it’s not connection, it’s
not fortune!

Isaiah 60:1 says:
Arise, shine; for thy light is come… Until your light comes, you can work and work, and still won’t shine!

Job said:
As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret of God was upon my tabernacle; When the Almighty was yet with me, when my children were about me; When I washed my steps with butter, and the rock poured me out rivers of oil; Job 29:4-6

The secrets of God is the maker of the saints.

PRAYER OUTLINE - WINNERS’ CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL INC. - ANNUAL 21-DAY PRAYER AND FASTING - January 11th – 31st 2016

WINNERS’ CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL Inc.
21-DAY PRAYER AND FASTING, 2016.

Prophetic Focus: PRAYER AND FASTING FACILITATES FULFILMENT OF PROPHECY.

PRAYER SESSION EXHORTATION LINES
January 11th – 31st, 2016

Introduction.
Prophetically, the year 2016, from Glory to Glory shall be a most remarkable year for all of us in this Commission, both as a church and as individuals.

According to the prophetic word that came forth at Shiloh concerning the year 2016, “for every three months, there shall be dramatic change of positions for every one of us in the Winners’ family after the order of Obededom, as God begins to turn everyone of us to an envy of kings and nations” – 2Sam. 6:10-12

It shall indeed be a year of ‘From Glory to Glory’ in all respects for us, both as a church and as individuals.
The glory of God is made manifest through the following spiritual channels among others:

* Engagement of the prayer altar.
- Moses prayed to see the glory of God – Exo. 33:18-23
- Jesus prayed and the glory of God came down – Luk 9:28-35/ Jn. 17:1-5/ 2 Pet. 1:19-22
- Prayer and fasting is a vital spiritual stewardship that changes our levels supernaturally – Luk. 2:37/ Matt. 6:6/17-18
- Prayer and fasting launches believers into realms of glory – Ps. 63:1-3

* Revelation of the Word.
- Every encounter with the word opens a new chapter to the believer – Luk. 5:5-8
- When our light comes, the glory of God rises upon us – Is. 60:1-3
- The brighter the revelation (Light), the greater the glory – Is. 60:8/22/Matt 13:23
- But prayer is a vital key to operating in the realms of revelation – Jer. 33:3/ Ps. 119:18

* Commitment to kingdom stewardship.
- God is committed to glorifying those who are dedicated to the service of His kingdom – Matt. 6:29-33/ Jn 12:23-26
- God is also committed to distinguishing those who serve Him – Mal. 3:17-18
- Seeking kingdom’s interest first, entitles us to supernatural favour – Matt. 6:33
- However, steadfastness in stewardship entitles us supernatural change of levels – Lk 22:25-30
- But it takes prayer to access required help for continuity in stewardship – Acts 26:22
The above three channels show that prayer is a principal factor in commanding the glory of God.
Therefore, we should all expect to see the glory of God as we engage the prayer altar effectively during this 21 days of prayer and fasting. We shall surely see prophecy fulfilled in grand-style both as a church and as individuals.
Everyone is admonished to target speedy fulfilment of prophecy as we engage this spiritual platform of 21 days of prayer and fasting.

The 12 Pillars of this Commission

This ministry, the Living Faith Church Worldwide (a.k.a. Winners' Chapel International ), has a liberation mandate, and that mandate is what we refer to as “The Commission”. The Lord called His servant, David O. Oyedepo, on May 1st, 1981, and in an 18-hour encounter, delivered a liberation mandate to him, hence, The Commission.

In the space of one to twelve years after the May 1st, 1981 encounter, the Lord appeared to His servant, David O. Oyedepo, also in several other encounters, which culminated to what has become established (with proofs), as The 12 Pillars of the Commission.

Notable among the above encounters are the following three, which form the basis of the 12 Pillars of the Commission. For instance, on:

i) May 2nd, 1981, THE WORD OF FAITH message was delivered to God’s servant;

ii) August 26th, 1987, THE WORD OF PROSPERITY message was birthed, when the Lord said to His servant,”Get back home and make my people rich” and;

iii) February 29th, 1992, THE WORD OF SIGNS AND WONDERS message was delivered to God’s servant.

God has a great destiny for every believer. Every child of God is redeemed as a king and a priest, and is destined to reign on the earth. But are we all reigning as kings and priests?

Destiny is not a matter of chance, but of choice; as only committed people who accept scriptural responsibilities become distinguished in the pursuit of destiny.

As a Commission, the 12 Pillars here connote the scriptural structure upon which our liberation mandate is built. The pillars here represent other spiritual forces that empower THE WORD OF FAITH to deliver maximally.

Additionally, these pillars form our teaching "Syllabus" as a church, and because they are twelve in number, each pillar is selected as the focus for each month of the year.

The revelation about these twelve pillars, is further validated from Revelation 22:1-2:

"1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."

THE 12 PILLARS:

1. THE WORD (John 1:1-12; Heb. 1:3)
God commissioned us with a Word of Faith ministry to our generation. Remember Paul said, "...if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?" (1 Cor 14:8) By the help of the Holy Ghost, our visioner has classified the Word of Faith God has committed into his hands into the specific areas of emphasis, in direct response to Isaiah 40:6, "The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry?"

2. THE HOLY SPIRIT (Acts 1:1-8; Isaiah 10:27)
"Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high." - Heb. 1:3

3. THE SUPERNATURAL (Ps. 82:5-7; John 3:8)
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing." - Isaiah 10:27

4. FAITH (1 John 5:4; Eph. 6:16)
"The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit." - John 3:8m

5. SUCCESS (Joshua 1:8-10)
"For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith." - 1 John 5:4

6. PRAISE (2 Chro. 20:20-22; Ps. 67:1-7; 149:1-9)
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." - Joshua 1: 8

7. CONSECRATION (Hebrews12:14; 2Tim. 2:19)
"And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah: and they were smitten." - 2 Chro. 20:22

8. PRAYER (1 John 5:14)
"Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, the Lord knoweth them that are his. And let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. " - 2 Tim. 2:19

9. HEALING (Isaiah 53:3-4; Jer. 8:22; Matt. 8:17)
"And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us." - 1 John 5:14

10. WISDOM (Prov. 24:3-4, Isaiah 33:6)
"That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." - Matt. 8:17

11. VISION (Prov. 29:18, Jer. 29:11)
"And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure." - Isaiah 33:6

12. PROSPERITY (3 John 2; Ps. 35:27; Zech. 1:17)
"Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he." - Prov. 29:18

"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." - 3 John 2

THE PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR NOVEMBER 2014 - Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Exceeding Grace greetings to you in Jesus’ name.

All through scriptures, godliness has proved to be the foundation for profitable living. This is because godliness entitles us to the following among others:

- Divine Protection – Ps. 125:1-3/ Job 1:1/9-10
- Divine Revelation – Ps. 25:14/ Jn. 15:14-15
- Supernatural Promotion – Gen. 39:9/ Gen. 41:38-44; Dan. 6:1-5/10-28
- Supernatural Breakthrough– Job 1:1-3/ Job 29:3-18/ Is. 51:1-3
- Divine Health – Mk. 2:1-12/ Jn. 5:1-8/14;
- Answered Prayers – Is. 59:1-2/ Ps. 66:18
- Fresh Unction – Lk. 5:37-38/ Ps. 45:6-8/ Prov. 1:23
- Supernatural Wisdom – Prov. 9:10/ Job 28:7-25
- Durable Riches – Ps. 112:1-3/ Jer. 17:11
- Eternity with Christ – 1Cor. 6:9-11/ Gal. 5:19-21 etc., etc.

All the above is the reason why we are constantly in a spiritual conflict(Eph. 6:10-12). Satan wants us robbed of the amazing blessings of righteousness. In fact, there is a spiritual war over the life of every believer 24 hours of everyday to mess up (Lk. 22:31/ 2Cor. 10:3-5). Therefore we must stay spiritually awake at all times because if we surrender to the spirit of slumber we shall become vulnerable to all the forces of filthiness (Matt.13:23-28/ Eph. 5:14).

It is also important to note that, righteousness is not just who we are in Christ but also what we do to prove who we are. This is why we are told to work out our salvation with fear and trembling (1Jn 3:7/ Phil. 2:12/ Matt. 7:16-21). This must also be why the war against filthiness is the fiercest war believers’ face. (Heb. 12:1-4/ Zech. 3:1-5)

Furthermore, we must recognize that if God said: Be ye holy for I am Holy…”, then we can be holy. (Lev. 11:44-45/ 1Pet. 1:16)
If Christ said:Be ye perfect as your heavenly father is perfect...”, then we can be perfect. (Matt. 5:48). God cannot tell us to be what He has not empowered us to be because His commandments are not grievous (1Jn. 5:3).

We must all rise up as individuals to confront every spirit of uncleanliness that may be arrayed against our lives, declaring in faith; Enough Is Enough!

Therefore, the prophetic focus for November 2014 is:
“GODLINESS IS PROFITABLE UNTO ALL THINGS”1Tim. 4:8

Moreover, I believe that this is one way to spiritually prepare ourselves to experience ‘Heaven on Earth’ indeed at Shiloh 2014.

Recommended books of the month authored by Bishop David O. Oyedepo include:

*Walking in the Newness of Life
*Conquering Controlling Powers
*The Blood Triumph

Remain ever Blessed!

THE PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR OCTOBER 2014 - Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Exceeding Grace greetings to you in Jesus’ name.

I have no doubt that many of us must have discovered in much clearer terms the plan and purpose of God for our lives from His Word all through the month of September. May our various encounters remain a lifelong experience with proofs in the life of every winner.

But what is the Spirit of the Lord saying for this month?
We live in the world of times and seasons – Eccl. 3:1-11
Understanding of the times will always keep God’s people in command – 1Chr. 12:32

We understand from scriptures that extraordinary exploit is God’s agenda for His people in these end times – Is. 2:1-3/ Joel 2:21-27

Furthermore, we are in the end-times which implies that we are in the era of exploits and global impact in the body of Christ – Zech. 8:20-23
We are also in the last days and under the later rain, where the redeemed of the Lord shall be empowered to start building the old wastes, raising the former desolations, repairing the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. – Is. 61:1-7 / Joel 2:21-27.
We must seize this awesome moment and strive to make the most of the season.
It’s prophetically our turn to shine and it is our time for rising.

According to biblical prophecy; all the springs of life in these end-times shall be domiciled in Zion, that is, the church – Ps. 87:7
This is why we must come awake to the demands of this great hour of opportunities thereby making the most of this season – Eph. 5:14

Therefore, the prophetic theme for the month of October 2014 is:

The Era of Exploits is Here! – Is. 2:1-3

Recommended books of the month authored by Dr. David O. Oyedepo include:
* Success Button
* Success System
* Maximizing Destiny

* Exploring the secret of Success
* Success Strategies

THE PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR SEPTEMBER 2014 - Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Exceeding Grace greetings to you in Jesus’ name.

The month of August, in our midst, has been a month of strange acts and strange works indeed resulting in new levels of signs and wonders with divers testimonies of healings and  deliverances, supernatural breakthroughs in career and businesses including raising of the dead and divine interventions of all sorts. To God be all the Glory!

I strongly believe that the manifestations of the wonders of praise and the continuous harvest of praise-generated testimonies shall remain with us for a long time to come in Jesus’ name (Amen).

But what is the Spirit of the Lord saying for this new month of September?

According to scriptures, without vision the people perish. This statement underscores vision as one of the most vital forces in the journey of life. Vision in our context, is the unveiling of God’s plan as it relates to an individual.

From scriptures, we understand that we can access the vision of the Lord for our lives in 3 major ways, among others:
- Through the Word of God – The Bible – Is. 29:11-12/ Ps. 119:105
- Through Heavenly Vision – Joel 2:28/ Acts 16:8-10/ Acts 26:19
- Through the witness of the Spirit – Acts 16:6-7/ Rom. 8:16

Furthermore, we must recognize that:
- The Bible is the custodian of God’s vision for every child of God – Is. 29:11-12
- The Word is the divine mirror that reveals our true picture in Christ – James 1:22-25
- The Bible is the creator’s manual that shows us who we are, what we are worth and what we can do – Ps. 100:3/ Matt. 11:11/ Jn. 14:12
- The Word is God’s prophetic agenda for the redeemed – Is. 34:16/ Is. 14:24/ Lk. 1:45
- The Bible is the certified guide of destiny – Ps. 119:105/ Is. 48:17

However, we must understand that God’s plan for every mortal man only becomes accessible after one is born again. As it is written; “Unto you (redeemed) it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without (unbelievers), all these things are done in parables” – Mk. 4:11 (See also: 1Cor. 2:14/ Rom. 8:29-30)

But the good news is that everyone in Christ is destined to be:
- A blessing to his world – Gal. 3:13-14/29/ Gen. 22:17-18
- An envy of the world around him – Gal. 4:28/ Gen. 26:12-14
- A shinning light that shines more and more until the end of time – Prov. 4:18
…and many more…

In the light of the above, we should all believe the Holy Ghost to continue to unveil the visions of the Lord from the Word as it relates to each of us from time to time. Therefore, the prophetic theme for the month of September 2014 is:

GOD’S PLAN FOR ME IS IN HIS BOOK – Is. 29:11-12

Recommended books of the month authored by David O. Oyedepo include:

*In Pursuit of Vision

* Understanding Divine Direction
* Understanding Vision

and those authored by Kenneth E. Hagin:
* Following God’s Plan for your life

*How to be led by the Spirit

THE PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR AUGUST 2014 - Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Exceeding Grace greetings to you in Jesus’ name.

I have no doubt that every one of us has experienced in one way or another some wonders of the midst of the year all through the months of June and July. The awesome testimonies in our midst hitherto further attest to this fact but God has only set the stage, the harvest of the wonders of the midst of the year is just beginning. May none of us miss the fullness of his/her portion in the exceeding grace agenda reserved for the winners’ family this year (Amen).

Therefore, every winner should expect encounters of a lifetime as God launches us into our harvest season as a result of our engagements in promoting His kingdom all through the period of the midst of the year. It shall be so for us all in Jesus’ name (Amen).

But what is the Lord saying concerning the month of August 2014 to us as a church family?

We must recognize that praise is one of the most neglected weapons of war, yet it is one of the most effective if not the most effective of all spiritual weapons at our disposal.

But How, one may ask? Praise, among others:
- Provokes the flow of Revelation – 2Kgs. 3:15-18/ Is. 30:29-30/ Is. 60:1-22
- Provokes Divine Intervention – 2Chr. 20:22-24/ Ps. 47:5-7
- Provokes Divine Multiplication – Jer. 30:19-20/ Jn. 6:5-11

- Provokes Divine Vengeance – Ps. 149:3-7/ 2Sam. 6:14-23
- Empowers our access to realms of Signs and Wonders – Exo. 15:11
- Facilitates fulfillment of Prophecies – 2Chr. 20:14-24/ 1Tim. 1:18.

In conclusion:
From scriptures, we understand that praise is God’s spiritual habitat (Ps. 22:3). It is also the medium through which our battles are handed over to God and we know that God cannot take over what we do not hand over (2Chr. 20:3-24/ Ps. 149:1-9). This is why when we engage in praise, God shows up on our behalf and when God shows up, signs and wonders flow. (Ps. 22:3/ Zeph. 3:14/ 2Chr. 20:22-24)

Also, at every cross road, we usually hear people say, “it will take God…” But whatever will take God will require praise – because it takes praise to provoke divine presence (Ps. 22:3/ Ps. 114:1-9).

Therefore, scripturally, praise is superior to prayer because when we pray God answers and when we praise, He comes down and when God comes down, our obstacles are turned into miracles (Exo. 15:11).

Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of August 2014 is:

GOD WORKS WONDERS THROUGH PRAISE – Ps. 67:5-7

Recommended books of the month authored by David O. Oyedepo include:

THE PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR JULY 2014 - Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Exceeding Grace greetings in the precious name of Jesus Christ.

I have no doubt that everyone of us must have experienced some notable encounters with the word of God all through the month of June, 2014. The humbling testimonies shared on our various altars are proofs that God’s word works. One of such is a man who has been paralyzed for over 9 months, had an encounter while reading Understanding the Power of Praise and divine energy began to surge in him and before getting through to the end of the book, he was perfectly made whole. This testimony was shared two Sundays ago at our Goshen church in Abuja. To God be all the glory. May everyone’s encounter in this season last a lifetime in Jesus’ name. Amen.

But what is the Holy Ghost saying for this month of July 2014?

Just as every natural father wants their children to prosper and flourish; in the same manner and much more, God does not desire any less for His children (3Jn 2).

The wealth of every natural father reflects in their children, so also has God ordained same for His children (1Tim 6:17-19)

Every Winner should expect to be visited for a supernatural turnaround this month. Remember, God has come down in the midst of this year, among others, to level out all everlasting mountains and scatter all perpetual hills on our paths. (Hab 3:1-19)

In addition, the midst of the year is also ordained for encounter with financial fortune (Hag 2:1-9)

All through scriptures most turnaround encounters came suddenly:
· God visited Noah suddenly and that led to the preservation of the generation of humanity - Gen 6:13-14
· Sudden visitation turned Abraham to a symbol of generational blessing (Gen 12:1-4/ 22:1-18/24:1)
· Suddenly, God visited Gideon and turned him to a great deliverer - Judg 6:1-14
· God visited Solomon suddenly, and as result he became the wealthiest man in Bible history [1Kg 3:3-13/ 1Kg 4:22-27/1Kg 10:4-23 (23)]

Remember, every child of God is a seed of Abraham – Gal 3:29

God once said to Abraham; “And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed…”- Gen 22:18
Although, we are redeemed to be blessed, but much more importantly, redemption is ordained to make us a blessing to our world – 2Cor 8:9/Gen 22:17-18.

However, it should be noted that wealth in the Kingdom is an ENTRUSTMENT but not an ATTAINMENT. This implies that, God only empowers those He can trust with wealth, that is, those who will use such wealth for His glory – Deut 8:18/ Lk 16:11

Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of July 2014 is:
I am Blessed to be a Blessing – 2Cor 9:8

We must all get spiritually set for a launch into a realm of financial fortune, among others, all through this new month.

Recommended books of the month authored by me include:

*Understanding Financial Prosperity
* Breaking Financial Hardship
* Winning the War against Poverty
* Hidden Covenants of Blessing
* Covenant Wealth.

UNVEILING THE WONDERS OF PRAISE (PART 2) – Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Someone may be bothered why are we constantly emphasizing, Signs and Wonders.

Signs and Wonders are our natural lifestyle in the kingdom - Isaiah 8:18

Signs and Wonders is our spiritual food!

What food is to the natural man, is what Signs and Wonders is to the believer!

The Supernatural is what gives colour to your identity as a believer!

Signs and Wonders is what gives credibility to your redemption!

Signs and Wonders is what gives credibility to my redemption!

If you want to flow in the miraculous, then be addicted to seeking GOD and the interest of His kingdom!

He said, 'Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness' ... and all these things that others are dying for, 'shall be added unto you' - Matthew 6:33

Every addicted GOD seeker, becomes a commander of signs and wonders!

'These signs shall follow them that believe '... So, signs are to follow us, when we get properly on key, with following GOD!

EXPERIENCING THE WONDERS OF SETTLEMENT! - FAITH TABERNACLE, CANAANLAND – SIGNS AND WONDERS TODAY, JUNE 15TH, 2014

EXPERIENCING
THE WONDERS
OF SETTLEMENT!
BY DAVID O. OYEDEPO

And the God of all grace, who hath called us into his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strenghten, settle you (1 Peter 5:10).

Encounter with the Word is the master key to a world of all-round settlement. From scriptures, we understand that until Joseph’s word came, the Word of the Lord tried him. But after his word came,
the king sent for him, loosed and settled him in a grand style. We also saw how God sent His Word into Jacob, bringing him out of every ordeal of life. It is also said that God sent His Word, settled their health issues and delivered them from all destructions. That is, all unsettled areas of their lives (Psalm 105:19-22, Isaiah 9:8, Psalm 107:20).

In continuation of our teaching series, 'Experiencing the Wonders in Word', this week, we shall examine the topic: 'Experiencing the Wonders of Settlement in the Word.'
Every child of God is ordained for settlement. It is written: The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10).

Jesus came to offer us life at its best. That is, pressure-free, anguish-free and distress-free life. In the light of this, no child of God is permitted to live under pressure, at least not beyond a while, because every issue of long continuance is a curse. As it is written: Then the Lord will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance. But thank God Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, which includes that of any long continuance (Deuteronomy 28:58-S9,Galatians3:13·14).

From the above scripture, any issue beyond a moment is anti-covenant; It Is not permitted and must be resisted. As it is written: For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. (2 Corinthians 4:17)

Therefore, any issue beyond a while or moment in anyone's life must be completely rooted out as we go through this message!

But, What is a While or a Moment?

A moment connotes 'Now': As it is written:

For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6:2)

It also connotes 'Today': As stated above, “… Behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2). Furthermore, the Word says: Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee (Zechariah 9:12).

•  Overnight: It is written: For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning (Psalm 30:5).
This signifies an overnight settlement.
Three days: It is written in Hosea 6:2: After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

Therefore, in the name of Jesus Christ, no one's settlement shall exceed three days as Jesus said, speaking about His death and resurrection,   "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” (John 2:19).

In the light of these, we must understand that settlement can only be encountered through the Word of God. When God settles us by His Word, no devil can unsettle us. May everyone be positioned for supernatural   settlement this day!

There is a Covenant Way Out
We must recognize that we serve a covenant-keeping God. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips (Psalm 89:34).

But, What is a Covenant?
In our context, a covenant can be defined as fulfilling the conditions attached to any promise of scriptures, so we can have them fulfilled in our lives. Any time we fulfil the conditions attached to any promise, God’s integrity is committed to perform.

It is important for us to recognize that the Bible is not a Book of promises; it is a Book of covenant. That’s why it is called the Old and New Testament. Note that Testament also means Covenant. The Bible is full of provisions and conditions. When we fulfill the conditions, we have committed God’s integrity to release the provisions.

That is why Christianity is a faith of responsibility. Every provision places a demand on us to access them. Nothing of value is ever free. Our access to every provision of redemption places definite demands on us. As it is written, ‘Whatever He tells us to do, do it.’ There is always what to do to get what we want. For instance, salvation is free, but it takes our repentance to access it. There is no provision of the Kingdom without conditions attached.

For instance, looking at the subject of settlement, the Bible says: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30).

There is what to learn and know, to enter into His rest. As it is written: The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace (Isaiah 59:8).

From the above scriptures, there is the way of peace that we must learn, before we can be established with His peace. We must bear the yoke of learning, by loving the Word of God, in turns settles us. We cannot be settled without learning what it takes to be settled (Psalm 119:165).

What, then, are the Covenant Requirements for our settlement?

- Be Born-again: Only those who have answered the call of salvation are candidates for settlement. We cannot be settled until we are saved, because settlement is God’s provision for the redeemed (1 Peter 5:10).

Understand that peace is one of the fruits of the Spirit. When we are saved, the Prince of Peace comes into our hearts, establishes His throne of peace, and we enjoy peace that passes all knowledge (Galatians 5:22, Isaiah 9:6, Philippians 4:7).

We must also know that unsettlement is part of the curses of the law, but Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Redemption is what rescues us from the curse of distress. Therefore, until we are redeemed, we are not candidates for His settlement (Deuteronomy 28:14-16, 53-57; Galatians 3:13-14).

- Go after the Word: Peace multiples by knowledge. As it is written: Grace and peace be multiplied  unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. It is also written that Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them (2 Peter 1:2, Psalm 119:165).

It is great peace that keeps us in command and at rest in the midst of challenges. The battle of unsettlement is a battle with the power of darkness. Therefore we must engage the armour of light (the Word) to disarm the forces of darkness and that light shines in darkness and darkness comprehend it not (Romans 13:12, John 1:5)

- Be Planted in the House of the Lord: If you want to be settled by God, be planted in His house. The Psalmist said: Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him (Psalm  92:13-15).
Why must we be planted In His house? The Bible says: In His presence is fullness of joy and at His right hand, there are pleasures evermore. We must be addicts of God's house as David the Psalmist said, “I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.". This must be why he never lost any battle. May the last battle you lost be the last you will ever lose in your life! (Psalm
16:11, Psalm 122:1).

Furthermore, the Bible says: For the Lord hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it. I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread. I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy (Psalm 132:13-16).

Zion in the Old Testament means the Church of Christ. Therefore, we must not be mere visitors to His house, but become established members of God's family, and then we can begin to experience His amazing provision of settlement.

Again, we understand tat the house of God is the mountain of illumination, because the more insightful we are, the more peaceful, restful and settled we become  (Psalm 73:17, 2 Peter 1:2).This is why mount Zion is the mountain of deliverance where God's people possess their possessions (Obadiah 17). As we appear in Zion, every form of unsettlement gets destroyed. Remember, when the prodigal son was in his father's house, he was a settled man; he had dignity. But when he wandered away, he suffered ignominy and shame. We must not allow any devil or situation to draw us away from the House of God.  Otherwise, we might remain in captivity and distress.
As it is written: Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime (2 Samuel 7:10).

Zion is God's appointed place for our settlement.

- Make a Choice to Serve God: Serving God is not a calling or a gift; it is a choice. Joshua said, If it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

When Israel chose to serve Gad, He also vowed to settle them. In six separate scriptures, God demanded for the deliverance and settlement of His people from Egypt. based on their commitment to serve Him. The same God said, "I am the Lord, I change not" (Malachi 3:6).

When we choose to serve God, in response, God vows to settle us. As it is written: And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn (Exodus 4:22-23; See also Exodus 7:16, Exodus 8:1,  Exodus 9:1, 13; Exodus 10:3).

Remember. one does not have to be a pastor to be called a servant of God. A servant is anyone that serves the interest of another. For instance, Abraham was called a servant of God and he was a businessman. Daniel was also a servant of God, but he was a politician. Therefore, serving God's Interest is what makes a servant  of  God,  not the title we bear. When we make a commitment to serve God, we have committed Him to settle us in a grand style. This is your time of settlement.

Furthermore, when Israel under king Asa entered into a covenant to serve God, God gave them rest roundabout and there was no more war in the land (2 Chronicles 15:3-5;12-15;19).

Therefore, it is not enough to make a choice, it is important to upgrade our choice to a covenant as Paul the Apostle said, “For me to live is Christ and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21). Making a covenant to serve God is the gateway to a world of settlement and all-round rest. May this message bring an end to all of life crises, ordeals and distresses as we enter into a covenant to serve this true God, the father of our Lord Jesus Christ from today. Therefore, be settled in the name of Jesus!

Remain ever blessed!

AMAZING TESTIMONIES!

Divine Promotion

”On May 16,2014, I was challenged by a boss who held the third position In my office . He said, 'What has Olaseinde Toyin contributed to this office to have deserved the best officer for the year?'  He further disagreed with that decision.
Immediately, I said in my mind, 'God, prove Yourself!' On May 27, that boss was embarrassed in the presence of all junior officers and the Second-in-Command of the state, who immediately ordered for his demotion. On June 3,he was replaced.
Two hours after his replacement, another boss of mine was called and asked, 'How many officers do you have in your office?' He mentioned some names and immediately, the caller said, 'Who is Olaseinde Toyin? Give  her  a letter right now to head the unit!'. I give all the glory to the God of strange works! Praise the Lord!” -- Olaseinde Toyin

Divine Health!

"I used to be sick and my body was like a best friend to sickness. Every year, in June, the sickness was always intense.
In  2006, I was seriously sick and was admitted in the hospital. When I was discharged, I visited the hospital and the doctors felt sorry for me; I was angry in my spirit.

When I got home, I sought for solution. I read several books, among which were the Bishop's books, In one of the books, I discovered that my body is the temple of the lord. So I said, 'If my body is the temple of the lord, then I don't want sickness again.' I further discovered that there are certain things in the body of Christ and sickness is not part of them.

To the glory of God, since that time till now, I know no doctor or drugs. I'm healed and perfectly whole. I give all the glory to the Name of the Lord!" -- Seyi Michael

Dead Raised to Life!

"0n April 29, 2014, I went to buy something. while my four daughters played in the living room. When I returned, I saw my neighbour carrying one of my daughters and she was lifeless. I was told that she was electrocuted. I didn't know what to do because her entire  body was swollen.

I carried her and began to pray; I spoke in tongues and called on the God of Bishop Oyedepo for intervention. I also pleaded the Blood of Jesus and prophesied repeatedly that she would not die. For two hours, she was lifeless; but as I prophesied, the God of Oyedepo intervened. Suddenly, she sneezed and came back to life.

Thereafter, she was taken to the hospital. The doctors asked if she was actually electrocuted. They stated that it was impossible for someone to survive such severity of injury from an electrocution. So I said, 'The God of Oyedepo did it!'

Also, in March 2014, she had high temperature and became lifeless for three hours.I put my hand in her mouth because it was about to dose. Then I said, 'As as the Bishop and this Commission  are alive, she will live.'  I also  prayed and declared that she would not die.

To the glory of God, she jerked back to life! I give God all the glory for all He did in my daughter's life." -- Chioma John Ekwo

Delivered from Armed Robbers!

"Last Monday, I was attacked by a gang of armed robbers in front of my house. They rounded me up, took me into the car and drove away. Then, I remembered that the Name of the Lord is a strong tower and the righteous run into it and are safe. So, I kept screaming the Name of Jesus Christ. By the mercy of God, they dropped me very close to a bush at Iyana-Iba around 10.00pm. That was how I returned home.

On Wednesday, I came to Canaanland to see the Bishop for a prophetic verdict. With holy anger, he stood and decreed, 'Jesus prove that You sent me and prove that your son serves You.'

That same night, I received a call that a lady said she found my belongings, documents and Bible somewhere close to her house.

When we got there the next day, we discovered that the lady was the wife of one of the armed robbers. She said that since that Wednesday night she has been uncomfortable and it was like a coal of fire was put on her head.

Then, we called the police; they recovered guns and all the members of the gang were arrested. To the glory of God,the car was recovered. I give God all the glory!" -- Dcn. Zachaeus Lawal

Miracle Job via Sacrifice!

"By the leading of the Holy Spirit in 2013, the Bishop told us to give a sacrifice of settlement. Then, I just completed my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in June. So, I withdrew all I saved during my service year and tagged it, 'Sacrifice of settlement for my miracle job.'

That same week, I read the Double Portion prayer guideline and God gave me a word in Matthew 20:1-16. I warred with that scripture and enforced my settlement.

To the glory of God, within 10 days of giving that sacrifice, I was invited for an aptitude test and also shortlisted for an oral interview. During the interview, God favoured me as the woman who led tile panel said repeatedly, 'She is a professional,' though I had no work experience apart from NYSC.

I was the last person interviewed but God favoured me and gave me the miracle job, which I resumed in October 2013. Indeed, God is faithful!" -- Adebiyi Oyeyemi

Marital Settlement!

" During the Covenant Day of Settlement in August 2013, I served at glory gallery. As I resumed at my service point, I received a message from the  man I was in a relationship with, that he was no longer interested. I  said, 'God, why  should I experience this today that I desire to be settled.' I cried all through the services and told God that He must settle me that day.

Thereafter, I increased mv service to God both in Church and at the Winners' Satellite Fellowship (WSF). That same month, I met my husband. In fact, he didn't seem like he was the one, so I ignored him. By divine orchestration, God perfected everything about our wedding by December 2013. Presently, we are married to the glory of God!" -- Iluobeh  Patience

Miracle Marriage & Safe Delivery!

"In 2011, I attended one of the Miracle Marriage Services. During the service, the Bishop said, 'One person just needs thanksgiving for his testimony to be perfected!' I said, 'Father, that is me!'. When I got home that day, I gave God thanks 3,000 times.

In 2012, I met my husband. Meanwhile, during the Miracle Marriage Service, the Bishop told us to write the date we desired to be wedded. So, I wrote May 18. To the glory of God, I got wedded on May 18, 2013.

Thereafter, I told God that I desired to be pregnant in the second month of our marriage and He did it. When the pregnancy was four months old, the devil said,'Let me see how you will deliver this baby.' I said, 'If truly Pastor (Mrs) Faith Oyedepo delivered successfully, mine too will be successful.' To the glory of God, I delivered safely and my baby's names are Isaac, Tochukwu,  Oluwanifemi,  Exceeding Grace.
Also, my sister got married and my brother's wife delivered safely. I give God all the glory!" -- Onyedikachi Rejoice

Marital Breakthrough!

" Since 2007, I had a challenge of getting married because all the relationships I had were unsuccessful. In June 2013, I proposed to a lady and she accepted. We attended Shiloh 2013 together and bought the messages of that event.

While listening to one of the messages, we heard the testimony of a lady who believed God for marital breakthrough for several years and eventually got married by divine intervention. We keyed into that and believed God for same.

In February 2014, we had our introduction and in March, the date for the wedding was fixed. To the glory of God, on May 31,2014, we got wedded. Praise the Lord!" -- Dayo Job (LFC Zaria)
