WHAT IS LOVE? – Part 4

Love is the greatest motivation to giving, every lover is a giver.
Love does not hold back,
Love releases.
God loved and gave - John 3:16,
Love constrains - 2 Cor 5:14.

David loved God and he gave of his substance not remnants - 2 Chron 29:3-5.
Solomon loved God and he gave a thousand burnt sacrifice (all at once) - 1 Kings 3:3.

Real expression of love is giving.

Love is passionate, towards God and his house, and compassionate towards people to meet their needs.
Love doesn't fear losses.
Love is stronger than death, because of love for God found among, the Macedonia church they gave even in their deep poverty.They demonstrated the sincerity of love. - 2 Cor 8:1-8.

Love for God makes obedience towards God easier. 
Abraham’s love for God made obedience towards God easy to him. Gen 22:1-14.

Love God and nothing will be too much for you to give to him. Because love is costlier than anything and love is stronger than anything.

Tips From God’s Wisdom Manual
When you begin to pray for others, with the same intensity that you pray for yourself, you won't have any prayer points again - that’s God’s wisdom.

'And God turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends, and God gave twice as much as he had before to him'.

God was turning the captivity of Job, whilst Job was praying for his friends - He was praying for those in need and, God was meeting his needs.

This month, God’s going to bring all your needs to an end, because, the wisdom of God, will spark off a new beginning in your life.

Everyone, that concentrates on their needs, they continue to live in need,  but, when you know how to free yourself, it won’t take time, to walk out of it in triumph.

The end has come to every struggle in your life. The Bible makes it clear, it is the practice of scriptures, that makes wise. Wisdom  is all about putting God’s Word to work in your life, and when that is in place, He said,

‘Whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock’.

Forget about the future, He is in control of the future, storms and winds notwithstanding, His building will never fall. When you are operating on the truth, your future is secured, can I hear your loudest amen?

You cannot be effective in your prayer life, if all you pray for, is about your life.
You are likely to become a victim of depression, if all you do is pray for your self.

I read in my Bible that, it is more blessing to give than to receive. It's time to become liberal in your spiritual life, become liberal in your spiritual life, so you don’t die a slave.

I know how many people that I am privileged to pray for per day, 
‘O Jesus, heal this woman, O Jesus, set this person free’ 
As I am doing that, I am freeing myself.

The reason your prayer life is dry is, it is selfish, it is self-centered, it's all about you, your wife, your children, everybody can go to hell. That is why life is getting tougher and rougher by the day.
‘It is more blessing to give than to receive’. 

Job prayed for himself for years, nothing happened. Then the light came and, he switched over, praying for others who were in need. And in the course of praying for others, God turned his own captivity.

Somebody is coming into colourful liberty by this wisdom!

When the problems of others becomes your true concern spiritually, God has given you the ‘key’, to live in liberty the remaining days of your life.

When the problems of others becomes your genuine concern  spiritually, you are holding the master-key to your own colourful liberty in the journey of life.

‘And the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends’.

Prayer-life will become most adventurous and fulfilling, when you become liberal in your prayer-life.

‘O God, heal my child, O God, heal my daughter, O God, bless my family, bless my husband, bless me only’ - that’s why it has been so lonely with you.

You can spread out and watch how Heaven do it.
‘Whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, who has built his house on the rock’.

How many are going to begin to build on the rock? - That is the guarantee for a colourful future.
Building on the rock, guarantees a colourful tomorrow. If you are building on the truth, your tomorrow is sure. Building on the Word, guarantees tomorrow.

Another wisdom key to your own prosperity, is found in Psalm 102:13-15,
‘ Thou O Lord will arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. So the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.’

When you take pleasure in the things concerning the kingdom, you secure God’s favour. Can I hear your Amen?  When you are emotionally committed to whatever has to do with God’s kingdom,  you secure divine favour, without having to pray for it.

‘For the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.’ – It was favour, that terminated the bondage of Israel’s in Egypt. God’s favour will terminate any bondage in any man’s life.

And how do you secure it? By taking pleasure in kingdom matters, by taking pleasure, it is your delight to be involved … it it is your commitment, it is your joy to be committed. When that becomes your way of life, favour begins to trail you around.

Haven’t you heard?  ‘The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.’

In this year of harvest, every good word that God has spoken in your direction, shall not be lacking in your life.

Before the close of the first half of this year, you are a living testimony of harvest. I said, before half of this year is over, everybody can see you as divine harvest, personified. Nobody will ask where you belong, they will see it on you, visibly written on your life ..
‘They that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.’

Song of Solomon says, 'Love is strong as death' .. The Wine Of Love'.

The hotter your love for GOD, the greater His glory in your life!
The hotter your love for God, the healthier you become.

The 'spirit of love' empowers you to walk in obedience.
The love of God empowers us with the grace for obedience.

I don't care where you are now, when you love God, He will manifest Himself!

Father, by your Spirit, fire your love into us today!

Pray this prayer today:'In Jesus Name, I make a fresh and strong commitment today to live the life of love.'.

It is spiritual stupidity to love the wicked!

The love of God is the key to walking in  the realm of the miraculous.

The anointing is not just in power, but much more essentially in wisdom!

You are flourishing in the wisdom of God, thank God for His unspeakable gift!

God's wisdom does not only works, it works mighty works!

Knowing the right thing to do from God is what is called Divine Wisdom.
Wisdom is not knowing the right thing to do, but knowing the right thing to do from GOD.
Wisdom is knowing the right thing to do and how to do it.

Divine Wisdom is the heritage of the children of GOD!
TRUTH is Heaven's wisdom  in operation!
Divine Wisdom - it is not available here so it cannot be accessible here!

Expectation is GOD's wisdom for provoking His manifestation!

It is the Gift of God that defines the ultimate of man, and Wisdom gift is the principal gift -
Proverbs 4:7
The Holy Ghost is the custodian of Divine Wisdom! 

When you take credit for divine wisdom, the flow ceases! 
It takes relationship to access the secrets of a man's heart, and God is the sole custodian of Divine Wisdom.
Divine Wisdom is not theoretical, it is REAL, it is TANGIBLE.
Divine Wisdom is God's winning ticket for the end time church.
Divine Wisdom is a product of faith, because it is revealed.

The only way to access Divine Wisdom is to understand the gift dimension of it.

Please understand that Divine Wisdom is absolutely a product of Divine Inspiration!

Among the blessings of Divine Wisdom is Direction!

You can't love Him and not love His house!... 'I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD'.
They don't beg a lover to return home ... No ... No!

You can't love people, without them knowing it! 
If you love them, they will know it!

I've heard people say that a mother's love is akin to the LOVE of GOD.

When you walk in love, GOD is on your side. 
And when GOD is on your side, you can't help but succeed. LOVE never fails!

Don't just pretend that you love others, really love them. Hate what is wrong. Stand on the side of the good.

Giving to God is a prove of your love for Him.

You have come to where your testimony must come.

In this church, everybody testifies. Your testimony is sure!

Somebody's challenge is turning into a testimony, today!

The voice of the LORD will always culminate in testimony!

Whatever represents a concern in and around you, is turned to testimony this week!
Whatever makes men ask, 'Where is your GOD?', I command it turn to a testimony in the Name of Jesus!
Whatever you take today as a turnaround project will be turned as a turnaround testimony!
Whatever you have seen from January till now, GOD is saying, 'I have better testimony in store for you'
Whatever step that one took, to get to a testimony, is a pointer to the step that you should take .. to get at your own.

By next month .. your testimony of marital encounter will be here!

Before the close of the first half of this year, you are a living testimony of harvest.

Nothing interprets the truth like testimony, nothing interprets the truth like testimony.
One vital force for unlocking the supernatural is the force of testimony.

Stop celebrating a doctor, that is not a testimony, you belong to the order of 'Total Health'.

Say with me, 'Satan the power of His Word and the power of His testimony, shall humiliate you in this service today!'

YOUTH ALIVE CONFERENCE 2014

History of Youth Alive Conference and Youth Conference 2014

The term youth Alive draws a lot of anticipation among not just the youths in this region but anyone that has had an experience of attending a session of it. The conference takes place every Easter season when students and other youth could take a retreat from their parents and guardians, away from their homes, to be in the presence of God, and to nourish themselves spiritually under the anointing covering this Commission. This experience is also realized through specialized teachings of the Word of Faith for the leaders of tomorrow during this retreat. What an opportunity these youth back to their various homes after the youth conference imparted, impacted and as sound ambassadors of the kingdom.

God spoke to his servant Bishop David O. Oyedepo on May 2nd 1981 and said, " The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppression of the devil through the preaching of the Word of faith and I am sending you to undertake this task." 

We are so glad that among the people to be liberated in the mandate were the youths. In pursuit of this mandate God’s servant put in place a youth gathering tagged the Youth Alive Conference whose main purpose is to rescue all youths from purposelessness, failure, frustration and destiny damage.

This great commission has never known a better yesterday, watch out for the Youth Alive Conference 2014 as you make preparations to attend.

In 1 Peter 2:9, the Bible says,

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

That one belongs to a royal priesthood, an holy nation, and a peculiar people, is common knowledge these days. However, knowing how to live or manifest royalty, holiness and exhibit peculiarity is what revelation brings to into the live of every believer.

This year’s conference has been themed, 

A CHOSEN GENERATION – 1 Peter 2:9

The Youth Alive Conference 2014 is taking place at all Winner Chapel International regional headquarters world-wide, from 17TH APRIL TO 21ST APRIL, 2014. And so don’t miss it for anything!

THE PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR MARCH 2014 - Bishop David O. Oyedepo

Exceeding Grace greetings in the name of Jesus Christ.
 
I believe everyone of us must have received definite spiritual gifts in the course of the month of February; and may the impact of each one’s encounter last for a lifetime in Jesus’ name. Amen.
 
But what is the Spirit of the Lord saying for the month of March 2014?
 
According to Jesus Christ, doing what the WORD commands is wisdom. It is written:
“...whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:…………..” Mat 7:24-25
 
But we discover that soul winning is one of the great commands of Christ. As it is written: 
“...I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit(soul winning), and that your fruit should remain (Discipleship) - John 15:16
 
Christ further commanded us:
§ To lift up our eyes to the field, and see that they are already white to harvest - Jn 4:35-36
§ To pray for harvest of souls – Matt 9:35/ Ps 2:8
§ To go to the highways and hedges and compel men to come into the Kingdom-Lk 14:16-23
 
Again we understand from scriptures:
· That God is glorified when we bear much fruits; because in the multitudes of people is the King’s honour; and he that honours God, He will honour in return–Jn15:8/Pro14:28/1Sam 2:30
· That in the growth of the church lies the glory of the saints
“....I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them...” - Is 30:19
· That church growth is the covenant platform for the rise of giants in the Body of Christ.
“I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. ......And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them…..”. Jer 30:19 /21

It is also written:
· They that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever. - Dan 12:3
· He that wins souls is wise and that the wise shall inherit glory. This implies that every soul winner is destined to live a glorious and enviable life – Pro 11:30/ Pro 3:35
 
Furthermore, engaging in soul winning as a lifestyle empowers our access to the following blessings among others:
*Deliverance- Lk 10:1-7/17-19 *Divine health-2Cor 5:20/ Pro 13:17 *Supernatural fruitfulness-Ps 127:1-3
*Unending breakthroughs – Dan 12:3 *Supernatural supplies – Jn 4:35-36/ Lk 22:35/ Matt 6:33 etc.etc.
 
Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of March 2014 is:

‘THE WISE SHALL INHERIT GLORY ‘– Pro 3:35.

 
In the light of the above, it is wisdom for every winner to endeavour to make the most of this month by engaging in a tireless pursuit of souls; not just to see them saved and but to have them properly discipled and established in the church. We are all admonished to take full advantage of this great move for our supernatural change of story.
